Megan Farley, PhD, is a psychologist in private practice in Madison, Wisconsin.  

She is also a member of a research team studying healthy aging in Autism at the Waisman Center and affiliate faculty in Pediatrics and Educational Psychology at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.  

Her 20-year career as a psychologist has been focused on adults with Autism. She is an expert Autism diagnostician and has conducted research across several domains of adult outcome with Autism. 

Dr. Farley’s professional interests include the identification and development of strategies that support well-being in Autistic adults.

Scott Allen, MS, is a practicing counselor on the Autism spectrum who specializes in work with Autistic adults, as well as their families and partners. 

Scott was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome at the University of Pittsburgh in the summer of 2000, and revealed his diagnosis to his high-school classmates during a school-wide presentation in 2002. Since then, he has been a strong advocate for the rights, fair opportunity, and dignity of people on the Autism spectrum. 

He co-facilitates an empowerment group called AS WE ARE for college students on the Autism spectrum through the UW-Madison McBurney Disability Resource Center, and is also the facilitator for the Autism Society Wisconsin's Autistic adult support and social groups. 

He previously co-facilitated groups for Autistic young adults as part of a research team at the UW-Madison Waisman Center. He currently serves as a board member of the Autism Society Wisconsin. His advocacy work includes over 2 decades of

public speaking about Autism issues.
